Jaelon Talley

Former Analyst

My name is Jaelon Talley and I am a current MBA Student at North Carolina A&T State University. I am very thankful of the journey so far and all of you that I have gotten to meet (mostly virtually).

Prior to pursuing my master’s degree, I worked as a Business Technology Analyst in Atlanta, GA. This was my first experience in the corporate world and gave me a very solid foundation of both soft and technical skills. I was able to expand upon my knowledge I had gained from my undergraduate degree which was obtained in Business Economics from Delaware State University.

Last summer I also had the chance to intern for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Before graduate school and this time of remote work and class, I was skeptical if I would have enough drive to thrive in the remote environment. But thankfully I have, and I think it’s added another dimension to my work style to be able to conquer the likely hybrid landscape of work models moving forward in society.

In my free time I like to hang with friends, read, and stay on top of technological trends in various industries. Upon graduation, I plan on securing a job offer from a Fortune 500 firm in the Charlotte Metro area.
