Joseph-Emery Kouaho is a Master of Public Policy student at Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy. He earned his bachelor’s in arts in Political Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016. Upon graduation, Joseph lived in Austin, Texas where he worked as a Business Development Consultant for Oracle Corporation. In the future Joseph hopes to earn his terminal degree in Social Policy and positively impact the lives of low income Americans by advocating for policies and programs that improve their health, wealth, and education. In his spare time, Joseph enjoys listening to music, dancing, and engaging with his friends.
