Kiersten Chresfield is an MBA candidate at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business with a concentration in Social Entrepreneurship. Originally from New York City, Kiersten is a Posse Scholar that attend Vanderbilt University for her undergraduate degree before transitioning to Deloitte Consulting’s Federal Human Capital practice in the DC area. The majority of her work at Deloitte centered around the Defense and Healthcare sectors, specifically organization redesign and program assessment. Kiersten has spent a lot of time traveling throughout Africa, including an internship in Rwanda last summer, and will be crossing off her 10thcountry on the continent this summer.
