Rohit Sivakumar is a Graduate student at North Carolina State University pursuing a Master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering. He served as the head of the Vehicle Engineering Department during his undergraduate studies and participated in SAEBAJA India, an international off-road racing competition. He recently worked with Eaton Corporation as a Lean Engineer helping to reduce their Non-Conforming Materials and effectively implement 5S at workstation level. Rohit believes that the key to growth is helping others and making new friends in the work environment; this, he believes, helps you to achieve your goals and learn new things every day since every person has something to offer. He is an ardent automobile enthusiast and always keeps track of the latest developments in the industry. He loves making friends and always up for a conversation about music, history and soccer.
