Ruth Dahl is a graduate student analyst for NCGrowth. She is enrolled in the Master of Public Affairs program at Western Carolina University. She grew up in Moore County, North Carolina and currently lives in Asheville, North Carolina where she works as a team leader for a small business that makes handmade dog collars and leashes. She plans to work in local government administration in North Carolina after she completes her master’s degree. She holds a B.S. in Communication from Western Carolina University. When she isn’t working, she enjoys running and hiking with her dog, Romeo.
