Sid Subramanian

KIEDA

Sid Subramanian is a student in the MBA program at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC-Chapel Hill. He studied chemical engineering at NC State (Class of ’08).  He worked for Syngenta in their Supply Chain Leadership Development Program in Baton Rouge, LA and Greensboro, NC.  After the program, he was a production engineer at a Syngenta plant in Omaha, NE.  Sid started his MBA at Kenan-Flagler Business School to learn more about finance and how it affects the large decisions made at a corporate level.  He enjoys playing and watching soccer, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, cooking, and traveling.  This summer he worked at JP Morgan in their Finance Associate Leadership Program. Last year with the Kenan Institute he worked on an Economic Development Policy for Warren County to help develop incentives to attract businesses to the area. In his 2nd year, he will work with the Kenan Institute conducting research on “Gazelle” firms.
