GREENVILLE, NC –Spazz Fest VI continues the tradition of a multi-day and multi-venue festival dedicated to celebrating the entrepreneurial and creative arts community and Greenville’s established and growing music. This year, the three-day event will be Thursday, March 19 through Saturday, March 21.
Spazz Fest evolved from being held at a now-closed art gallery called The Spazzatorium, and in previous years was held in the abandoned tobacco warehouses of Greenville’s industrial district. It now takes over multiple venues and attracts hundreds of artists, musicians, writers, and attendees from around North Carolina and beyond. Now in its sixth year, Spazz Fest is collaborating with Uptown Greenville, Greenville’s downtown economic development engine, to provide festival additions that showcase Greenville’s entrepreneurial spirit. With a backdrop of live music and art from local and nationally Known artists, entrepreneurs and eager start-ups will engage and share their knowledge, passion, and ideas about business, IT, and the arts.
This unique blend of culture and community, along with economic ideas and innovation is sure to lead to increased entrepreneurship activity and endless possibilities for Greenville.
Golden Tickets to Spazz Fest V are available for purchase at www.spazz-fest.com, as well as at The @ Limelight @ Tipsy Teapot and East Coast Music and Video in Greenville. For $50, these tickets include the following: entrance to all shows every day/night of Spazz Fest, admittance to the Opening Day Barbeque, access to VIP after-party perks, and free Sunday morning Endurance Brunch at The Tipsy Teapot.
Spazz Fest operates as a not-for-profit festival that directly benefits the performing artists, with additional proceeds being donated to independently-owned small businesses and local organizations in Eastern North Carolina.
