Jolene Hollowell is a graduate of East Carolina University with a Master’s Degree in Recreation Sciences. She is a second year Analyst and also works for the City of Morganton Parks and Recreation. She brings over a decade of experience in natural resource management, recreation development, programming for individuals with disabilities, and several years of experience with helping foster economic development opportunities. Jolene is passionate about helping North Carolina economies thrive.
