Chloe Whitfield is serving as a Junior Analyst with NCGrowth through the NPIP Summer Intern Program. A native of Durham, North Carolina, Chloe is passionate about contributing to stronger, more resilient communities across the state—making her work with NCGrowth especially meaningful.

Chloe is currently pursuing a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Management and Society at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her academic interests lie at the intersection of human behavior, organizational dynamics, and community well-being. At NCGrowth, she applies these interests through research and data analysis to support client projects focused on sustainable economic development.

Beyond her professional and academic pursuits, Chloe enjoys hiking, yoga, long walks, reading, and baking—particularly sweet treats. She is grateful for the opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team and looks forward to continuing to grow and contribute throughout her internship.
