Nikit Malik is an MBA candidate at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, with experience spanning financial services, high-growth startups, and global logistics. He began his career at a leading finance firm before joining BYJU’S as one of the early members, where he spent five years scaling the company to a $22B valuation. At BYJU’S, he drove strategy, marketing, finance, and operations initiatives; launching new business units, leading P&L ownership, transforming digital marketing, and introducing AI-driven onboarding solutions that improved retention and productivity.

Most recently, he brought this entrepreneurial mindset to a global logistics leader, where he formulated pricing and market-entry strategies in the U.S. and developed automation tools to strengthen revenue management. His work included designing a $3B market-entry strategy for cubic pricing and building a Power BI tool to assess deal impacts on yield and revenue.
